Our firm has eighteen years experience in estate administration. We can readily arrange the transfer of a house or land to the survivor of a couple or to the executor for sale if both parents have passed away. We will collect funds held in bank accounts whether variable or fixed deposit and deposit them into our trust account. We will collect funds held in Superannuation funds or as stocks and shares. We pay estate debts and finalize estate administration and distribute the balance of funds to the beneficiaries.   We make a point of: minimizing costs by allowing the Executor to do as much work personally as he or she can; distributing proceeds of sale to beneficiaries as soon as possible after the sale is complete.
